What data is collected

The site collects personal data only when you send a message through the contact form: your name, company (optional), email address and message. They are used only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage the job. The legal basis is your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Messages are delivered to my mailbox and kept for as long as needed to answer and to follow up any resulting work, then deleted. They are never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing.

To block spam, the form keeps a one-way coded version of your IP address for 15 minutes, then discards it. Like any website, the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A., Italy) records technical access logs for security.

Cookies

This site uses only technical cookies needed for it to work, such as the login cookies of the site administrator. It does not use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies and loads no content from third parties, so no cookie banner is needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it, by writing through the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
